Capital City Mortgage opened its doors for business on October 1st, 2003. For the past 20 years, we have operated out of our Lincoln home office near 70th & O Street. In July 2022, we expanded, adding a new Omaha branch.

We pride ourselves in not just providing any loan but providing the very best loan for our borrowers. We do this by offering multiple loan products and working with several lenders to ensure our clients are receiving the best interest rate and loan product that fits their goals. One size does not fit all and our mission is to provide “Best Rates – Superior Service.”

We believe in transparency and communication throughout the loan process. This includes providing regular loan updates and offering tools so that our borrowers and Real Estate partners can check the status of their transaction anytime that is convenient to them.

The founder and President of Capital City Mortgage, Lynette Staley, is a Lincolnite. She has operated the Lincoln location since its inception. Lynette enjoys almost everything outdoors including hiking, biking, fishing, and kayaking. She also enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Adam Stirba, Partner and Manager of the Omaha office started with Capital City Mortgage in 2007. He loves to get into the details to help find the best options for his clients. Adam spends most of his free time with his family playing sports, fishing, or relaxing.
